RADAR at the NFDI4Memory Community Forum, 16.09.2025, Bonn

The RADAR team will be giving a presentation at this year's NFDI4Memory Community Forum.

Together with representatives of the Landesarchiv Baden-Württemberg (LABW) and the Bayerische Staatsbibliothek (BSB), we will be presenting "Publishing and researching research data in the historical sciences: RADAR4Memory and the German Historical Bibliography (DHB)" about two services from the 4Memory portfolio for publishing and researching research data.

Based on the established research data repository RADAR, RADAR4Memory offers the historically working humanities a customized service for the reliable and low-threshold publication of research data. The German Historical Bibliography (DHB), which has been used for many years to search for specialist historical literature, now also enables researchers to search for relevant research data. The event will conclude with an outlook on the integration of services into the NFDI4Memory Data Space, a federated and API-driven digital infrastructure currently under construction, and the associated potential.

The Community Forum will take place on September 16, 2025 in Bonn - for the first time in the run-up to the Historikertag. It offers a variety of workshops, exchange formats and space for networking around the digital research data infrastructure for the historically working humanities.
