Selective download of individual files and folders: Post-processing completed

As announced and confirmed in the RADAR News for Release v1.24, the post-processing of existing datasets in RADAR Cloud is now complete.

From now on, individual files or folders can be downloaded from all published or archived datasets – even for those created before the release of software version 1.24 on December 09, 2025.

Selective access is via the download icons in the “Content” tab or via the “Download” button in the folder hierarchy.
The download is performed on-the-fly from an additional copy of the dataset on disk storage (TAR archive, BagIt-compliant).
Individual files are provided in their original format, folders in .TAR-format [foldername-timestamp.tar].

Further optimizations of user interaction and functionality will follow in upcoming releases.
