RADAR at the PIDfest 2026, Leiden/NL

From October 27 to 29, the international PID community will meet at PIDfest 2026 in Leiden / NL.

The three-day conference on persistent identifiers (PID) is hosted by SURF (IT cooperative of Dutch education and research) and DANS (Dutch national centre of expertise and repository for research data). In numerous presentations and workshops, experts will address the question of how persistent identifiers can promote world-class research infrastructures and thus accelerate research and innovation.

Jan Schweikert from the RADAR development team will present the poster titled “Advancing Persistent Identifier-based Access in RADAR: Machine-Actionable Data, RO-Crate Integration, and AI Support for Metadata Enhancement” (see Minute Madness).
