The 22 participants included representatives of scientific research institutions, libraries, computer centres, institutes and companies from all over Germany.
The first day included a basic introduction into RADAR, a live demonstration of the system, a brief introduction to the programming interface (API), and information on prices and contracts, and especially addressed people who were not yet familiar with RADAR. The second day was mainly used to look forward to future options and to exchange ideas with the community. In addition to presentations on the planned functional enhancements as well as on alternative application scenarios and extensions of the business model, several participant contributions on the topic of "Integration of RADAR (repositories) in work processes/workflows" and the concluding "Q&A round" provided an opportunity for mutual exchange and discussion.
Many thanks to all participants for the exciting questions, contributions, suggestions and discussions!
