RADAR presentation at the 11th Wildau Library Symposium on 11th / 12th September
"From project to product - operating models in the academic environment using the example of RADAR" - this is the presentation by Matthias Razum at the 11th Wildau Library Symposium "Innovation and Digitization".
Most project applications require statements on the sustainability of the project results. How can such sections be substantiated, beyond the usual application lyric? Considerations of target groups, required quality of service, technologies used and operational processes lead to cost structures from which possible operating models can be derived. The presentation will address these aspects using the example of the DFG-funded RADAR project, a research data repository as a service for third parties. Legal issues and marketing strategies for the product launch will also be discussed.
The main topics of the 11th Wildau Library Symposium are, among other things, today's technologies, which could be tomorrow's topics for services from information facilities. The complete program of the symposium as well as all abstracts and further information can be found here. Please note: The symposium will be German.
