RADAR goes Brandenburg: First statewide use of our research data repository

For the first time, a federal state is relying on RADAR to make its research data available centrally and sustainably in a cross-university network. Our research data repository will be used in the joint project "Institutionalized and Sustainable Research Data Management in Brandenburg" (IN-FDM-BB) and will be hosted by us as a local instance at the University of Potsdam. In future, it will be available to users of all public universities in Brandenburg for archiving and publishing their research data, when no suitable subject-specific repository exists.

At the 25th annual conference of the German Initiative for Network Information (DINI) e.V. (September 18 and 19, 2024, University of Potsdam), we will present this Brandenburg-wide model for cooperative, cross-university and sustainable research data management in a workshop together with representatives of the University of Potsdam and the RDMO team (see RADAR News).
